    The Portwest S460 Hi‑Vis Traffic Jacket (model S460) is a durable, high-visibility workwear parka. Built from 300D Oxford weave with a PU-coated, stain-resistant finish and lined with insulated padding, it offers fully waterproof protection with taped seams. Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, EN 343 Class 3:1 and EN 342 for cold protection—this jacket is ideal for winter roadside, rail or outdoor work.
